Vouchers cannot be partially used; at the time of use any unspent balance cannot be carried over to a future visit.
Therefore we advise customers to purchase multiple vouchers in lower amounts, so the recipient can make full use of their gift, over multiple visits if they wish.
For example: for a gift of £100 we recommend purchasing 5 x £20, not 1 x £100
